  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
